A classic medium-bodied French herbal liqueur, Benedictine was awarded 95 points by the prestigious Beverage Tasting Institute in Chicago.
Clear, coppery amber with copper flecks. Fresh citrus peel, cardamom, cedar wood, nutmeg, sage and mace. Silky, honeyed, lightly spiced palate with saffron, ginger, cardamom, cloves and citrus zestiness. Warming notes of mocha coffee, fudge, vanilla and pine sap emerge and last through the zesty, saffron and gingerbread finish.
